Neroli also known as orange blossom, blooms from the lush evergreen orange tree. It is native to the far east but flourishes in mediterranean climates where it is harvested around May and October. It is one of the few essential oils which acts on a cellular level, stimulating the removal of old cells and encouraging the growth of new ones. It’s particularly valuable to dry, irritated and mature skin. It improves skin elasticity and reduces the appearance of scars, wrinkles, stretch marks and thread veins. It also tones the skin, reduces redness and can be soothing to problem skin.
